Dear Jetsonia,
I'm ecstatic about joining your society. I am glad to hear that you will help me get prepared for my future career, focusing on subject matter that will contribute to my development. I wish there were more detailed information you could give me regarding your state of the art techniques and programs. I am computer programming major, interested in designing safer programs to protect citizens from identity theft. So if I had a better incite of what these programs offer I can get a better feel for the school. Digital literacy is a key role in programming, and I'm glad to know that I can expand on this in my collegiate life without the stress of having to take prerequisites.
I've taking a liking into the fact that movies, video games, music, and whatever I like can download instantly. It's intriguing that I can chat with my friends from the other side of Jetsonia with the click of a button. Digital communication is keen in my life, I have to be able to contact my family, and my managers at any given time. It's great to know that Jetsonia is technologically advanced and are equipped with three dimensional imagery with their "InteraFriend" program. Although mental fitness is my sole concentration, and want to get physically fit as well. In this respect, I am relieved to hear that gyms are located all around Jetsonia.
The most impressive attribute of this gym is the InteractaSettings. I've always dreamed of hiking on the Appalachian Trail, or swimming of the shores of Hawaii while working out. These leisure activities will give me the break that I need outside of my studies. The electric power elastic bands sound like the next best thing in weight training. Jetsonia sounds like a techno-savvy society that is fun-filled and design for digital success. Unfortunately I don't think I will join your utopia. Although Jetsonia is sufficiently designed for the future, it seems to me that it lacks some important necessities of digital citizenship. I have a twin brother who has back problems and would need accommodations such as an ergonomic chair, and computer screen that will ease the pain while he resides in Jetsonia. I have not heard anything regarding the digital health and wellness of your citizens. This is a matter I take to heart, and I hope a change will be implemented. Furthermore, I have not heard anything regarding digital security, as a computer programmer security is one of the most stringent components of my job. If I have no security I'm open to the hackers and viruses that manage to rise from the cracks in every society. I would like to thank you for your letter of invitation, and this is not to say I wouldn't join 100 light-years from now, I just definitely wouldn't join right now.
Sincerely,
High School Student
